RX Scripts Discord Bot Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026
This policy explains what data the RX Scripts Discord bot ("the bot") collects when it operates in our Discord server, why it collects it, and how it is stored. It applies only to the bot's own functionality. For payments and store purchases, see our Terms & Conditions and Tebex Privacy Policy.
Who operates the bot
The bot is operated by RX Scripts (Solwarex), KVK 93940254, VAT NL005053176B36, Breda, The Netherlands. You can reach us at rxscripts@solwarex.com or through a support ticket in our Discord server.
Data the bot collects
Discord IDs (server, user, channel, message)
The bot uses Discord IDs to operate features like tickets, orders, reviews, suggestions, role selection, the member count channel, and the easter egg game. These IDs are technical identifiers, not personal profile information, and are only used to make the relevant feature work (for example, knowing which channel a ticket belongs to, or which message an easter egg reaction is attached to).
Customer account links (Discord ID and Tebex customer ID)
When you link your Discord account to a Tebex purchase (for example, to claim a customer role or a gift card), the bot stores:
- your Discord user ID,
- your linked Tebex customer ID,
- your CFX/FiveM keymaster name,
- the date you linked your account.
This is used to grant purchase-based roles and to verify ownership when handling customer support or giftcard requests. This data is stored in our database until you ask us to remove it or your customer link is no longer needed.
Message content
The bot does not permanently store message content. It processes messages only in two situations:
- Automatic spam and scam filtering: every message is checked in real time against a list of known scam and spam patterns (for example, fake Steam giftcard links or unsolicited Discord invites). Matching messages are deleted immediately. This check happens in memory and nothing is written to a database.
- Staff translation command: when a staff member uses
/translateon a message, that message's text is sent to the DeepL API for translation and the result is shown in the channel. The text is not saved afterward.
We do not use message content to train machine learning or AI models.
Ticket transcripts
When a support ticket is closed, the bot generates an HTML transcript of the conversation. This transcript is posted to an internal staff log channel in our Discord server and, where possible, sent to the ticket opener by direct message. Transcripts stay within Discord; they are not uploaded to any external server.
Server membership events
The bot listens for members joining and leaving the server so it can post a welcome message, assign a default role, and keep the member count channel accurate. No record of individual joins or leaves is kept outside of Discord's own history.
Data we do not collect
- We do not use Discord's Presence intent, so we do not collect online/offline status, activity, or status messages.
- We do not sell, license, or share your Discord data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.
- We do not collect data from users under the age of 13, or the minimum age required by law in your country.
Third-party services
- Tebex: handles purchases and customer accounts. See the Tebex Privacy Policy.
- DeepL: processes message text only when a staff member explicitly runs the
/translatecommand.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data described above by opening a support ticket in our Discord server or emailing rxscripts@solwarex.com. You can also remove the bot's access to your Discord account at any time by leaving the server.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the bot's functionality changes. Material changes will be announced in our Discord server.
