Create/Delete Houses
- You can create a house through a menu in-game and set all the values and locations for the door and garage. This is restricted to admins or specific jobs only.
Optional Garages
- You can optionally set a garage for a house at creation, you can also choose not to set a garage.
Buying/Selling Houses
- Set the buying price in the menu whilst creating a house, and set a return percentage for users that sell their house in the config.
Breaking In
- Break in houses with a specific rules set in the configuration.
Raid Houses
- With a specific job players can raid houses, e.g. police.
Doorbell Ringing
- Strangers can ring the doorbell when a keyholder is inside, the keyholder can open the door or decline the guest within a nice menu.
Post Messages
- Strangers can post messages outside of someone's house, the house owner will be able to check them up on their laptop.
Security
- House owners can buy security, with security they'll get notifications of raids and break-ins. Also police will be notified at break-ins.
Upgrade Stash
- House owners can upgrade their stash within a nice menu to gain more slots and weight for their stash.
Keyholders
- House owners can add/revoke keyholders within a nice menu at the laptop in their house.
Offset Tool
- You can use the built-in offsettool to copy the offset/heading of a shell and easily paste it inside the configuration. This way you can easily add new shells to your configuration.
Highly Configurable
- Almost all options are configurable, also all blips, markers and more. You can disable alot of options too, such as breaking in or raiding houses. We suggest checking out our documentation to see all opensourced/configurables code.
Creative Extra's
- We've implemented some cool things such as not being able to raid/break-in when the owner is not in town, or ringing the doorbell when there is no keyholder inside the house.
Opensourced Code
- Alot of code is opensourced. It doesn't matter what kind of script you want to use for the stashes, wardrobes or garages or other dependencies. These codes are all opensourced and changable.
Framework / Dependencies
- We support alot of scripts already. We already implemented alot of other inventories, garages to use etc.. We can always include more if you just open a ticket in our discord
