RX Scripts Discord Bot Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the RX Scripts Discord bot ("the bot") in our Discord server. By using the bot, or by being present in a server where the bot is active, you agree to these terms. Who operates the bot
The bot is operated by RX Scripts (Solwarex), KVK 93940254, VAT NL005053176B36, Breda, The Netherlands. You can reach us at rxscripts@solwarex.com or through a support ticket in our Discord server.
What the bot does
The bot provides community and support features for the RX Scripts Discord server, including:
- opening and managing support tickets,
- placing and tracking orders,
- leaving and displaying reviews,
- submitting and voting on suggestions,
- self-assigning roles,
- an automated welcome message and member count display,
- automatic filtering of spam and scam messages,
- a staff-only translation command,
- an easter egg mini game with prizes.
The bot does not process payments. All purchases are handled by Tebex, subject to its own Terms & Conditions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the bot to send spam, scam links, or unsolicited advertising;
- attempt to exploit, abuse, or interfere with the bot's normal operation;
- use the bot's commands to harass, impersonate, or deceive other users or staff;
- circumvent the bot's moderation features (for example, by evading the spam filter);
- use the bot in any way that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or any applicable law.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the laws in your country, to use the bot.
Moderation and enforcement
The bot automatically removes messages that match known spam or scam patterns and may warn the sending user. Server staff may additionally use the bot to manage tickets, orders, and roles as part of normal moderation. We may restrict or remove your access to the bot, or remove you from the server, if we believe you have violated these terms, our Community rules, or Discord's own policies.
No warranty
The bot is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the bot will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of interruptions. Features, commands, and availability may change or be discontinued at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RX Scripts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bot. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the bot's functionality changes. Material changes will be announced in our Discord server. Continued use of the bot after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
